Household Cash-Flow Mapping
For households who know the pension figure and still cannot say what leaves the house between paydays.

The office in Tambon Kaluwo sits with households and writes down whether a pension, a provident fund, and the cash already set aside can carry an ordinary month.
Flagship engagement
Most people who write to us can already name a year. A teacher says sixty. A shopkeeper says “when the lease on the stall ends.” A nurse and her husband do not share a year at all. The Retirement Readiness Review takes that year, the letters from the pension office and the fund, and a picture of what the house already spends, and puts them in one note the household keeps.
Niran Chaiyaporn leads the review across about five weeks and three meetings. The fee starts at 18,000 baht. You leave with pages you can show a spouse, an adult child, or the clerk at the fund office — not with a product to purchase from this room.
Inside the note
For households who know the pension figure and still cannot say what leaves the house between paydays.
Read this sitting
A sitting for the pile of official letters, when the question is what each page actually promises.
Read this sitting
When the salary has already stopped and the question is which money pays for an ordinary month.
Read this sittingA nurse at the provincial hospital wanted to leave at sixty. Her husband, who keeps a small garage, wanted two more years of work so the youngest child’s fees would finish. The readiness note did not pick a winner. It showed what her pension letter already promised, what the garage still brought in, and what happened to an ordinary month if he stopped on her date instead of his. They kept him at the garage for eighteen months and opened a separate savings account for hospital bills.
The first draft had assumed her mother would stay in the house. When her mother moved to a sister in Yala, one page had to be rewritten. The fee covered that rewrite because the fact changed before the review meeting, not because the household changed its mind afterwards.
Principal planner
Niran opened the practice in 2014 after years of reading pension letters with teachers and provincial staff. He leads the readiness review and the work on funds and later-life income.
Household spending
Malee joined in 2019. She keeps the four-week spending notebook and sits with couples who know their pension figure and still cannot say what leaves the house.

The number on a provident-fund statement feels like a verdict. It is a balance on a date, and it still has to be turned into months.
The opening conversation is forty minutes at the office and has no fee. Bring whatever letter you already have. If a page is missing, we will say so and still use the time to name the retirement date you are actually considering.
Visitors are welcome Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00–16:00. Written notes receive a reply within three working days.
