Five marks on one engagement
The readiness path
A retirement readiness review moves through several rooms and pages. This is the order we use in Tambon Kaluwo. Narrower sittings — letters only, or the spending notebook — borrow the early steps and stop sooner.

01
Opening conversation
Forty minutes, no fee, at the office. We listen for the year paid work might stop, who else relies on the income, and which letters already exist. You leave with a plain list of papers to gather if you want to continue. The hour does not reserve the rest of the review.

02
Document sitting
About a week later, if you wish. A deposit of 6,000 baht holds the date and is credited to the fee, which starts at 18,000 baht. Pension letters, the provident-fund statement, and the spending notes go on the table. Missing pages are named before any total is attempted. This sitting can be at home inside Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat when the stairs allow.

03
Writing, away from the table
Niran drafts the readiness note from the papers and the figures you supplied. You are not asked to watch the drafting. Where a fund office has not confirmed a number, the page says it is waiting.

04
Review meeting
We walk the note in order: dates, promised income, ordinary spending, the gap, and the decisions for the next twelve months. The household marks what it will do itself. The balance of the fee is due at this meeting. A fact that changed before this meeting — a parent moving, a stale letter replaced — can still correct a page inside the original fee.

One question within thirty days
If a single point is still unclear, we answer it in a short letter. A new topic, such as selling a garage or choosing a policy, belongs in a fresh conversation. The note remains yours to show a spouse, an adult child, or the clerk at the counter.
Cash-flow mapping stops after the notebook and its second sitting. A pension-letter review stops when the reading of the letters is handed over. The later-life arrangement begins at step two with income that is already arriving, and it produces an order of payment rather than a future retirement date.
Request a readiness conversation or read the fees before you gather every paper.
