Pension and Provident Fund Review

This review stays with the letters. It is the right engagement when the household does not yet want a full spending picture, and does want each promised income read in the order a pension office would recognise.

Two meetings focused on the letters · About three weeks

Who it is for

Civil servants, private employees with a provident fund, and anyone holding a social-security record who wants the monthly figure, the lump-sum choice, and the survivor line separated.

What you leave with

A short reading, usually four to six pages, that states what each letter promises, what it does not yet confirm, and which counter to visit if a line is missing.

Both meetings at the office in Tambon Kaluwo.

Niran Chaiyaporn reads the letters. Where a form is only in Thai, he works from the original and explains it in English during the meeting.

How the sitting is run

Each letter is kept in its own sleeve. A social-security old-age benefit, a government pension, and a company provident fund are not added into one cheerful total until the conditions on each page — age, months of contribution, and what happens for a spouse — have been copied out.

Included

  • A line-by-line reading of the papers brought to the first meeting
  • A written page for each income source
  • A note on any choice between a monthly sum and a lump amount, using the options printed on the household’s own form
  • A second meeting to answer questions before the reading is final

Left outside this fee

  • A household spending picture
  • Filling the form in at the pension office on the client’s behalf
  • A promise that an office will accept a late election
  • Investment selection inside the provident fund

The sequence

  1. 01

    Letter sitting

We list every source on a single sheet, then read one letter at a time. Missing pages are named before any total is attempted.

  2. 02

    Draft reading

Niran writes the reading from the copies left with the office. Originals can go home the same day.

  3. 03

    Handover

The second meeting checks names, dates, and the survivor line. The household leaves with the paper and the balance of the fee settled.

What to bring

  • Original letters if possible, or clear copies
  • The member number and the employer name as printed, so we do not guess which fund is which
  • Any form that asks for a choice between monthly pay and a lump sum, even if the deadline has not been decided

Limits of the work

  • We read the scheme the person is actually in. A neighbour’s pension rule is not borrowed.
  • If a letter is older than eighteen months, we say so on the page and ask for a fresher one before treating the figure as current.

Fee

The fee is 12,000 baht. A deposit of 4,000 baht reserves the first working meeting and is credited to the fee. The balance is due when the reading is handed over.

Fees for the whole practice are set out on the fees page, including deposits and what changes a quote.
