Accepting the terms

Reading the site is free. An engagement begins when the practice confirms the scope and fee in writing and, where a deposit applies, when that deposit is received. The enquiry form asks for a reply. A time is reserved only when the office writes or telephones back.

The planning work

We prepare written notes from papers and figures a household supplies: pension letters, provident-fund statements, social-security records, spending notes, and similar documents. Clients keep their accounts at their own banks and fund offices and place their own orders there. The practice does not hold client money for investment, and it does not complete a tax return or a will.

Figures in a note are only as current as the papers they were copied from. A pension office or a fund may later issue a different amount. The household is responsible for telling us when a material fact changes before the review meeting.

Appointments

Office hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00–16:00. A preferred date on the enquiry form is a wish. The office confirms a time by email or telephone. Please arrive with the papers named for that engagement. If a document is missing, the meeting can still be used to list what is absent.

Intellectual property

Text on this website belongs to the practice. You may share a link. You may not copy the site into another commercial page. The written note prepared for a household may be copied by that household for a spouse, an adult child, an accountant, or a lawyer acting for them. The method of the practice — notebook layouts, meeting sequence, and standard questions — stays with the practice.

Fees

Fees are described on the fees page and confirmed in writing before paid work starts. Cancellations and refunds follow the refund notice.

Liability

A readiness note records an opinion based on the documents supplied and on the spending the household reports. Investment results, a later decision by a pension office, and future prices for food, medicine, or gold stay outside what the note can promise. To the extent Thai law allows, the practice’s liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fee actually paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. Disputes that are not settled by discussion are subject to the courts of Thailand.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. An engagement already confirmed in writing keeps the terms that were in force on the confirmation date, together with the refund notice referenced in that confirmation.
