Later-Life Income Arrangement

Later-life work starts from income that is already arriving. The arrangement names what pays the rice, what should stay in cash for a hospital bill, and what can remain in gold or in a room that is rented out.

Who it is for

People already receiving a pension, an old-age allowance, rent, or support from adult children, who want a monthly order of payment rather than a new retirement date.

What you leave with

A one-page order of payment: what arrives, what must be paid first, what stays in cash, and what is left for gifts and travel.

The office in Tambon Kaluwo, or a home visit inside Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat if travel to the office is hard.

Niran Chaiyaporn leads the arrangement. Malee Suthida attends when the household wants the current month’s spending written down in the same engagement.

How the sitting is run

The arrangement is deliberately short. It puts the pension, the downstairs rent, and the envelope for medicine in an order the household can follow on the first of the month, including the months when a child forgets the transfer.

Included

  • A first meeting to list every amount that already arrives
  • A written order of payment for an ordinary month
  • A separate line for medicine and hospital cash that should not be lent out
  • A second meeting, and a third if a tenant or a child’s support needs its own page

Left outside this fee

  • Finding a tenant or managing a rental room
  • Moving gold into a bank product
  • Guaranteeing that family support will continue
  • Applying for an allowance at the local office on the client’s behalf

The sequence

  1. 01

    Income list

We write down only money that has arrived at least once. A hope is labelled as a hope.

  2. 02

    Order of payment

Rice, medicine, the house, and support promised to someone else are placed before gifts and travel. The medical cash is given its own resting place.

  3. 03

    Handover

The household leaves with the page and, if wanted, a blank copy for the next year when a figure changes.

What to bring

  • A recent pension slip or bank entry showing the pension
  • The rent actually received, not the rent asked
  • A note of medicine bought in the last two months

Limits of the work

  • Family support is recorded as irregular unless it has arrived on a steady date.
  • We do not tell a household to sell a house. The room, if it is rented, is treated as income already in hand.

Fee

The fee starts at 15,000 baht for one person and one house. A spouse’s separate pension, a rented room with a tenant already in place, or papers in two provinces moves the quote, which is given before the second meeting.

Fees for the whole practice are set out on the fees page, including deposits and what changes a quote.
