Fees
Two engagements have a fixed fee. Two start from a figure and move when the papers are heavier. Nothing on this page is a bill until the office confirms the scope in writing.

What moves a quote
The readiness review stays at 18,000 baht when there are no more than three pension or fund sources and the meetings are at the office, or the document sitting is at a home inside Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat. A fourth source, a business that must be wound down before the retirement date, or travel elsewhere in Narathiwat province is priced before that sitting and written into the confirmation.
The later-life arrangement starts at 15,000 baht for one person and one house. A second pension in the spouse’s name, or a tenant already in a downstairs room, usually adds a meeting rather than a new kind of work. You hear the figure before that meeting is booked.
Cash-flow mapping and the pension-letter review do not flex. If the pile of letters is too large for 12,000 baht, we say so at the opening conversation and suggest the readiness review instead of quietly widening the smaller fee.
Travel and language
Home visits inside Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat are included for the readiness review’s document sitting and for a later-life arrangement when stairs and a table allow it. Visits in other amphoe of Narathiwat are a supplement, quoted from distance and time, not from a menu of urgency. We do not take the standard fee outside the province.
Notes can be written in English. Reading a Thai original is part of the fee. A full translation of a thick fund booklet for a third party is not.
How payment works
Payment is by bank transfer to the practice account named on the confirmation. The website does not take payment. A receipt is sent by email after the transfer appears. Deposits, cancellations, and no-shows are described in the cancellation and refund notice.
